Our Response Process

Counter-Notification Process

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification.

Requirements for Counter-Notice

Your counter-notification must include:

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification
